Shristi Shukla is a Freelance Production Manager with expertise in hospitality born in a middle-class family in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. She has 4 years of experience in street plays during her college time, she is a traveller and in 2017 she moved to Jaipur.
She mastered her skills in people's management under hospitality and has been a part of establishing luxury boutique property from scratch and was actively working on events and tours. In 2019, she joined Stupid High Arts as a production head to design a sustainable operations and is actively working on budgeting, cast & crew management, on-shoot production in music videos, short films, Ads. She is available for the PAN India project, currently living in Mumbai. She is very active and managed in her personal life and has also worked in social welfare programs.

I highly believe in making a strong base for the project. Proper planning is required and should be imprompt as well for the changes as well. I make sure that I & my team should always be on time.

'Fear’ is a story about a woman that has been a victim her entire life, controlled by her regrets and everything she is too afraid to say or do, constantly haunted by the choices she never made and the traps she keeps falling into. The character of the Goddess on the other hand is a manifestation of the fear within the woman, her dual nature in conflict, and we see the victim bound by the powerful Goddess and her army for the better part of the song, unable to hide, or escape from the prison of self doubt, her fears taking over.
The song however ends on a victorious note with the protagonist physically breaking the chains holding her down, and facing her worst nightmare, the Goddess of Fear. She finally defeats her fears, as she rises up against adversity, celebrating her metamorphosis into a woman that is a perfect balance of both identities, an Empowered Queen. The concept of the mirror that weaves in and out throughout the story, is to convey the breaking and letting go of the ego.

Selfless Joy is Pure Joy
The motto of Pure Joy as a brand is to spread love and happiness to the world and this is our attempt to share a message of selfless love of an old lady " Kaku Maa" to anyone around her and how that impacted the life of a child named "chandu" who after his school in village leaves for city for further studies and employment. Yet when he returns back as a young man to the village after many years he found the Kaku Maa as loving and caring as she was earlier. Our idea was to show her love through her care for others through helping them joyfully and specially serving food to all who comes to her.
